Marcia Williams - Founder & Executive Director, House of Elpis, Inc.

Marcia Williams is a passionate advocate for second chances and the visionary behind House of Elpis — a transitional home rooted in hope, healing, and redemption. With a background in real estate and a heart for service, Marcia founded House of Elpis to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where individuals reentering society can begin again with dignity and purpose.

She is committed to cultivating strong, meaningful partnerships with mental health professionals, reentry coordinators, veterans’ services, and housing-first organizations, ensuring that residents have access to the comprehensive support they need to thrive.

Marcia leads the House of Elpis with empathy, integrity, and vision. More than just providing a place to stay, she is building a launchpad for transformation — a place where lives are restored, hope is renewed, and futures are rewritten, one step at a time.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11
